Purchasing
Submit a request through our Free Quote form or give us a call. To help us prepare your quote faster, please include: project type (residential/commercial), the number of windows and doors with approximate sizes, preferred series or performance requirements, and your location. Drawings or window schedules are welcome too.
We accept both single-unit purchases and bulk project orders. Certain made-to-order options, such as laminated colors, do have a minimum order quantity. Please contact our sales team for details.
Yes. We serve both end customers and dealer/project partners. Homeowners and contractors can contact our sales team directly for product advice and quotes. If there is an authorized dealer in your area, we will also be happy to refer you to a nearby partner.

Yes. We offer made-to-order sizes, colors and configurations, with available options varying by series and product. To confirm the options for a specific product, check its product page or contact our sales team.
Our products are ENERGY STAR® certified and comply with NFRC energy-rating standards and California Title 24 requirements. For certification documents or performance data on a specific series, please contact our technical support team.

Delivery & Installation
Lead times depend on the product series, level of customization and order size. Please check with your sales representative for specifics.
We have our own installation team. If you would like on-site installation, simply mention it to your sales representative.
Because insulated glass is fragile, delivery is currently limited to the Los Angeles area. For destinations outside LA, you will need to arrange your own freight carrier. We also have dealers in Seattle and other regions, so you can purchase through a local dealer directly.
