A modern boutique hotel in downtown Los Angeles, with a glass façade and expansive floor-to-ceiling windows that enhance openness, while European tilt-and-turn windows offer a safer way to ventilate upper-floor rooms.

An upscale steakhouse where a bi-fold door connects the indoor and outdoor dining areas, and sliding doors flexibly divide the interior space. Black thermal-break aluminum frames align with the restaurant's overall design language.

A campus chapel serving as a multi-purpose space for worship, ceremonies, and performances. The AUC bi-fold door system flexibly switches the space between open and closed, sealing tightly when closed and connecting seamlessly with the outdoors when fully open.
Senior Living Vivalon Healthy Aging Campus
A six-story senior wellness community in downtown San Rafael. The EUROtek Windows & Doors tilt-and-turn windows make it easier and safer to ventilate and clean at higher floors, and a high-performance sealing system effectively blocks street noise.
