BLVD Steak House is an upscale American steakhouse in Sherman Oaks, California. The project sought a more open design that draws the restaurant closer to the street, creating a bright, comfortable and inviting dining atmosphere. Value supplied the AUC aluminum system, balancing daily operations with the guest experience.

Our Solution

Value configured bifold and sliding door systems to match how each area of the restaurant is used. Between the dining room and the outdoor patio, an AUC aluminum bifold system opens fully during service hours, naturally joining interior and terrace. Inside, sliding doors flexibly partition the dining zones as guest flow changes — preserving spatial continuity while improving operational efficiency, and opening up possibilities for gatherings, private events and everyday service of every size.
