• Perched mid-hill, the home had to capture both the distant cityscape and the green hillside in full, demanding generous opening sizes.
• With a minimalist interior, the frames themselves become part of the visual composition, requiring strict profile precision and color consistency.
• The elevated site faces stronger wind loads and long-term climate exposure, raising the bar for stability and weather resistance.

Our Solution

Working with the home’s dual-aspect views, Value optimized the whole configuration with the EUROtek system. The main living areas combine large picture windows with sliding doors, creating a continuously shifting visual experience from every angle. The bedrooms feature horizontal ribbon windows whose low sightlines stretch the landscape, letting the hillside become a natural backdrop to the interior. High-precision black frames contrast crisply with the white facade, making the windows and doors an integral part of the architectural composition.
