Project Overview

Skyview is a modern passive house built to the PHIUS standard. Through a high-performance building envelope, the project cuts energy consumption while maintaining a stable, comfortable indoor environment year-round. Value supplied the EUROtek system windows and doors, helping the building achieve outstanding airtightness, insulation and energy performance.

Our Solution

To meet the PHIUS standard’s high performance requirements, Value deployed the EUROtek system with a high-airtightness structure and Low-E insulated glazing, reducing air infiltration and heat exchange to improve the building’s overall thermal efficiency. Meanwhile, the expansive glazing preserves natural daylight while balancing views with energy performance, providing a stable, comfortable living environment all year round.
