The Charlie is an urban mixed-use building combining retail and residences. Its modern glass facade projects an open, transparent architectural image, with high-performance window and door systems serving the public and commercial spaces.

Project Challenge

The commercial entrances needed a stronger visual identity.
The urban setting demanded solid acoustic and energy performance.
Public areas had to withstand high-frequency daily use.

Our Solution

Value deployed the AL Aluminum Series to create a commercial facade that is both showcase and workhorse. Full-glass entrances soften the indoor-outdoor boundary and draw the streetscape into the public spaces, while the structural stability and weather resistance of the aluminum profiles stand up to the long-term, high-frequency operation of a commercial setting.
