Project Overview

Woodland Manor is a modern minimalist single-family residence, defined by clean architectural lines, a black-and-white palette and expansive glazing. Value supplied the AUC aluminum window and door system, fulfilling the owner’s pursuit of modern style while balancing spatial experience with long-term performance.

Project Challenge

Two-story fixed glazing and large sliding doors placed higher demands on the system’s structural stability, sealing performance and fabrication precision.
The rear facade called for a natural connection between interior and courtyard, giving the living spaces a more open, flexible experience.
Performance had to be achieved without compromising the clean, pure facade.

Our Solution

Value configured the home with the AUC aluminum system according to each facade’s design intent. The front facade features two-story picture windows that create an expansive visual centerpiece; the rear living room and main second-floor spaces are fitted with large pocketing sliding doors, letting the interior extend naturally to the courtyard and pool area for greater openness and interaction. Black aluminum profiles are used throughout, echoing the building’s black-and-white palette and minimalist facade language for a unified architectural expression.
